Recreational Tumbling Program  6 Years Old – 18 Years Old

ASAP’s Tumbling Program is designed for athletes who want to build strong tumbling fundamentals, sharpen trampoline skills, or develop the power and technique needed for cheerleading. Classes focus on proper progressions, strength, flexibility, and confidence — all in a fun, high-energy training environment.

We offer three progressive class options:

Beginner Tumbling – 1 Hour
Athletes learn foundational skills, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and back handspring drills. Strength and flexibility are incorporated into every class. The tumble trak and trampoline are used to safely develop skills and body awareness.

Intermediate Tumbling – 1.25 Hours
This class focuses on mastering front handsprings, back handsprings, and round-off back handsprings. Emphasis is placed on technique, power, and consistency.
Instructor recommendation required.

Advanced Tumbling – 1.25 Hours
Athletes work advanced tumbling passes, including no-handed flipping skills. Training includes progressions on the tumble trak, trampoline, and air pit to safely develop higher-level skills.
Instructor recommendation required.

Students must meet the age requirement as of the first day of the month the session begins.
