Talia Klinger

 Talia Klinger is one of ASAP’s Girls Team coaches. She works with levels 3-10.  Talia, a former competitive gymnast herself, has been coaching for the past 14 years.  She is USAG safety certified coach and has attended many National and Regional gymnastics conferences.

Talia has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Penn State University and an associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences.  She enjoys spending time with her two sons Rafe and Karev.

Shannon Watson

Shannon Watson is a member of the Girls Team staff. She is the head coach of the ASAP Xcel Team.  She has been coaching since 1996 and is a women’s gymnastics judge.  

Shannon has attended numerous National and Regional USAG conferences, is a USAG safety certified coach , and a certified skill evaluator.  

Shannon is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.  She is also a substitute teacher with various school districts.

Robert Crackel is ASAP’s Jr. Girls Team Director. He has been coaching gymnastics for 20 years. Robert has attended numerous National, Regional and State gymnastics conferences. He is a USAG safety certified coach. While growing up, Robert was a competitive gymnast for seven years.

Out of the gym, Robert has a great interest in motorcycles and racing. He has a degree in motorcycle mechanics from York Technical Institute. He enjoys spending time with his family including his brother, dad and mom who is from Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Angel Friend is a member of your Junior Team Staff and is presently coaching our Training Team.  Angel comes to ASAP with an extensive background in gymnastics and dance.  She has coached preschool through Level 9.  She has coached at Delmarva Gymnastics, Docksiders Gymnastics and at ASAP.  She was a gymnast at West Chester University.  She also has had classical ballet training.  

Angel is a teacher with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Reading.

Zack Roeder

 Zack Roeder is ASAP’s Boys Team and Pre-Team Assistant Coach.  He has been coaching at ASAP since 2013.  He is a USAG safety certified coach and attended USAG National Congress in 2014.  Zack was a member of the Penn State University Men’s Gymnastics team on athletic scholarship. He finished second in the nation on pommel horse and vault at the 2003 NCAA Championships.  He was a member of the 2004 NCAA Championship team.

Zack is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Forest Biology.  He works with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry as a forest program specialist.
