Hello, my name is Anya Marchenka.
History in gymnastics: I was a gymnast here at ASAP for about 10 years, competing my last year as a level 8. As soon as I retired, I couldn’t wait to teach kids what I had learned from my coaches.
College education/degrees: I am currently a sophomore at Cumberland Valley High School.
How many years at ASAP?: About 10 years as a gymnast, but this is my first year as a coach.

Advice for young athletes: Listen to your coaches advice because they are only trying to help you, and put forth your best effort even on the bad days.
